DESCRIPTION:Weather permitting this will be a simple but exciting night dive in Havelet bay\, we will meet at St Sampsons marina opposite the Dragon restaurant. Previous experience in night diving helpful but not essential we all need our first night dive after all. A full briefing will be given and Zulu will be well lit up. You will need a good underwater \n  \n  \ntorch and a back up plus your usual kit. We have some cool reflective hoods in the shop for sale and some good torches we are open Saturdays 12 till 4. DESCRIPTION:  \n\nDESCRIPTION\nEFR Primary and Secondary care + EFR Care for Children with Rescue diver \n\nWho should take this course?\nEmergency First Response training focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. Course participants learn simple to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non-stressful learning environment. All courses are supported by self-study manuals\, videos and quick reference cards to enhance learning and allow you start learning right away. \nEFR courses meet the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings. Most PADI Instructors are also Emergency First Response Instructors. \nThe following EFR courses are based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care. \n\nWhat will you learn?\n\nPrimary Care (CPR) – This course teaches you the steps and techniques for handling life-threatening emergencies. You’ll practice eight skills for aiding patients who aren’t breathing\, have no heartbeat\, may have a spinal injury\, may be in shock or who may have serious bleeding. You’ll learn to how to perform CPR and continue to monitor the patient\, so that you provide every possible chance of survival while waiting for emergency medical services to arrive.\nSecondary Care (First Aid) – Because many medical conditions are not life-threatening and emergency medical services are sometimes delayed or unavailable\, this course teaches you how to provide first aid that eases pain and reduces the risk of further harm. DESCRIPTION:Dive type: Boat\nNumber of dives: 1 \nMin cert AOW \nMin age 15 \n  \nA great wreck to dive on is the Cement Wreck\, formed of the Oost Vlaanderen – a Dutch ship which was captured by the Nazis during WWII and then sunk by the RAF. The wreck sits at about 33 m below the surface\, south-east of St. Peter Port. Conger eels and lobsters both hide out within the ship\, which has remained relatively intact and is a generally safe wreck to visit\, despite its depth. \n  \nKit Hire \n

The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. \nTheory \nOnce you have purchased the course we will send you an eLearning code this means you can do all the theory at home on or off line all we ask is you make sure you complete the theory for the relevant adventure dive before the dive please. \nPrerequisites\nTo enrol in the PADI Advanced Open water course\, you must be: \n\nA PADI Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization).\n12 years old.\n\nSCHEDULE. \n\nDay one Navigation 04-07-22 meet Rousse Headland @ 09:00 till 12:00\nDay two DSMB 05-07-22 ( this is a very important skill learn to to deploy a Surface marker buoy safely ) meet Rousse Headland @ 09:00 till 12:00\nDay three Fish ID 06-07-22 meet Saints bay harbour @ 11:00 till 14:00\nDay four PPB 07-07-22 ( Peak performance buoyancy ) out on Zulu for this one  meet St Sampson marina opposite the Dragon restaurant on the south side @ 11:00 till  14:30\nDay five Deep08-07-22 ( certification dive ) Max depth for 12 to 14 year Old’s 21m  15years + 30m meet St Sampson Marina again.\n\n
